Action against suicide and self harm

Choose Life is a national strategy and action plan to reduce suicide in Scotland.

The Fife Men Project has been involved in research and other work as part of Choose Life. One of our key pieces of work has been the development, in partnership with Reid Howie Associates, of a research project to identify the kinds of support LGBT people receive with these issues, and to identify changes that are needed. The project was completed in March 2007.

On 9th November 2007 Fife Men launched the report at a well-attended seminar in the Town House in Kirkcaldy.
